The winemakers of the canton of Geneva for approximately 25 years changed the way they work to improve ceaselessly the quality of their wines: thanks to a more rigorous and more severe size, the efficiencies decreased and so appeared wines more concentrated.
Thanks to the diversification of stocks planted on grounds with different character, a widened range is proposed to us today.
Thanks to the studies in oenology and wine making, some numerous specialities are born. Without forgetting the soft, sunny and hot climate of these last years which facilitated the ripe grape harvests, healthy and rich grapes.
All these assembled factors allow to obtain these wines of which the wine growers can be proud.
